Strategy

Strategic Distillation. Establishing, purifying and simplifying the key organizational components for lubricated understanding, navigation and activation internally, in anything related to product and brand, maximizing speed, accuracy and market aspiration.

Product line architecture. Before developing new products, who is the user, what's the competition, what’s the current product line, what will survive, what needs to be added, to be defined and scheduled short, mid and long term.

Ideation & Development

Product design & development. Based on a distinct and strategic brief including user focus, technology, manufacturing, lead times, investments, intended pricing, targeted margins, volumes, timetable, ESG matters  and more, in conjunction with the brand palette, the product design process begins.

Distillate Activation. Materializing the brand, product and communication distillate in 2 and 3 dimensions: category, typology, defining shape and form, material, color, imagery, tone of voice, creating the palette for unanimous use within the organization.

Product engineering. Overlapping the Product Design Process, making sure that associated competences in terms of engineering is in place and becomes an integrated part of the overall development process.

Implementation

Commercialization. Depending on manufacturing associated needs from one project to the other, whether it’d be sourcing or actively servicing through the process with existing production resources, it’s activated to the level needed, all the way through to delivery of finished product.

Coordination of communication. Coordinating the spectrum of communication, beyond the product; including graphic design, packaging, images and video, SoMe and architecture for solid, enhanced and consistent market perception, in line with the brand palette.

Launch implementation. When the time has come, making sure that opinion makers, media, leading customers, new business prospects, general stakeholders, the industry at large are addressed and invited experiencing what’s being launched coordinated through the palette of different digital and live media channels.
